This website (scanctd.ro) belongs to MEDAGORA CONSULTING SRL. Accessing it or any part of it implies the tacit agreement of the users with the terms below.
MEDAGORA CONSULTING SRL may change the content of the site at any time, may make changes to the structure, content and accessibility, and may cease to provide information on the site without prior agreement and any notice to users or third parties.

a. All materials published on scanctd.ro (including, but not limited to, articles, information, photos, data, audio/video clips - generically called content), including those included in the newsletter, are protected by incidental legal provisions. : Law no. 8/1996, with the subsequent modifications and completions - regarding the copyright and the related rights, Law no. 84/1998 - regarding the geographical marks and indications and Law no. 129/1992, republished - regarding industrial designs. The lack of mention regarding some legal texts or incidental provisions does not lead to their inapplicability.

b. The site and its contents, including the newsletter content, are protected by the Romanian Copyright Law and the copyright provisions applicable in territories other than Romania. Users may not copy, store, modify or transfer for any reason, in whole or part, the site and/or its contents without the written consent of the representatives of MEDAGORA CONSULTING SRL, expressly agreed in the contract. The exploitation is free, under the condition of non-commerciality and compliance with the terms imposed by scanctd.ro.

c. Any form of copying, storage, modification and/or transmission of the content, including the one contained in the newsletter, is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of MEDAGORA CONSULTING SRL.

d. Scanctd.ro is not responsible for any damages, existing litigation, arising or arising in connection with/from copying, storing, modifying or transferring all or part of the content in any medium.

e. If you believe that any material published on this site by the editorial team or by anyone else infringes the copyright or any other rights, please notify us by sending a message to one of the addresses published in the Contact section of the site.

a. All rights reserved. Users may download and print content from this site for personal or non-commercial use only. For commercial use, the written consent of the representatives of MEDAGORA CONSULTING SRL or, as the case may be, of the rightful holders mentioned, an express contractual agreement is required.

b. Copying, reproduction, recompilation, decompilation, distribution, publication, display, modification, creation of components or complete derivative products or services, as well as any way of exploiting the content of the SCANCTD.RO site, are prohibited, except for displaying on a computer screen, personal printing and downloading or downloading for private and non-commercial purposes, of certain documents or information explicitly designated for this purpose, provided that all elements relating to intellectual property rights, other property rights and conditions of use of the documents remain unchanged that information. a. The user is solely responsible to both third parties and SCANCTD.RO for accessing/using/exploiting the content. Scanctd.ro reserves the right to modify or delete any message posted on the site, interpreted at the discretion of scanctd.ro as abusive, defamatory, obscene or likely to infringe any legally protected right.

b. The use of the website represents the fact that the user declares and agrees with the publication by scanctd.ro of content established based on his criteria. This content can be interpreted as being published and presented in a manner that does not conform to the user's wishes. In such a case, scanctd.ro cannot be held liable.

a. The transmission of information to scanctd.ro means the provision by the user of certain materials, including, but not limited to, messages, articles, information, photos, data, and audio/video clips.

The transmission of information to scanctd.ro is equivalent to the acceptance granted to scanctd.ro as free from any obligation regarding the payment and/or remuneration, non-exclusively and for 50 years, to use, copy, publish, distribute, in any way and with any title, in any existing environment or discovered in the future, this information.

At the same time, by transmitting information to scanctd.ro, the user's agreement regarding the compensation of scanctd.ro and/or third parties as a result of the existence/birth of damages of any kind from the use, copying, publication or distribution of the respective information is presumed. Scanctd.ro does not accept limited liability from the information provider.

d. Scanctd.ro does not assume responsibility for the materials posted on this site by persons other than those with a contract signed with MEDAGORA CONSULTING SRL. Scanctd.ro dissociates itself from racist, xenophobic, anti-Semitic, slanderous, insulting, defamatory, obscene or indecent user messages in the comments section.

a. The scanctd.ro newsletter is a free service and consists of a regular e-mail delivered by scanctd.ro to subscribers. The newsletter subscription is made only at the user's request.

b. To subscribe to the newsletter, the user will provide scanctd.ro, his data: name, surname and e-mail address, through a form. The data entered in the form must be accurate.

c. After completing the subscription form, at the e-mail address provided, the user will receive a message confirming the subscription to the newsletter. The user's registration in the newsletter subscribers database will be done only after confirming the newsletter subscription.

d. The provider reserves the right to refuse the subscription to the newsletter without prior notice if it observes that the data entered in the form are inaccurate or do not belong to the user.

e. By completing the newsletter subscription form, the user agrees, expressly and unequivocally, that his data can be stored and processed by MEDAGORA CONSULTING SRL. The personal data completed in the form will be used per the privacy policy of scanctd.ro and will not be made public to any third party without the user's consent.

f. Scanctd.ro makes no representations or warranties as to the content provided in the newsletter and does not warrant that the service will operate without interruption or error, that defects will be remedied or that the materials provided by e-mail are correct, accurate and reliable. Scanctd.ro cannot be held liable for any damages, losses or inconveniences caused by the use of the service. The responsibility for using the service lies entirely with the user.

g. Either party has the right to terminate the provision respectively access to the newsletter service, at any time, without invoking any reason and without prior notice.

a. All payments performed within scanctd.ro are managed by the STRIPE and collected by MEDAGORA CONSULTING SRL, the owner of scanctd.ro.

b. All payments within scanctd.ro must be made only with credit/debit cards and are managed by the STRIPE platform.

c. All payments are not-refundable.

d. Scanctd.ro or MEDAGORA CONSULTING SRL stores no data cards; credit/debit card data are stored and managed by STRIPE only.

Scanctd.ro takes every precautionary measure to protect the personal information of its users. The information will be safeguarded offline and online when filling in personal data on our site. All user information is confidential. Only employees whose specific activity involves working with personal information (for example, customer service representatives) have access to user identification data. The servers on which personal user identification information is stored are located in a secure location.

a. The content of this site, including news, quotes, data and other information, is provided by scanctd.ro and its content providers. This site includes information tools but offers no advice or recommendations regarding specific financial instruments, investments or products.

b. Scanctd.ro does not ask its customers for personal information through unsolicited correspondence. Any correspondence that offers financial advice or any unsolicited message requesting the disclosure of personal data should be considered false and reported to scanctd.ro through the contact form accessible on the site.

c. Scanctd.ro and its content providers are not liable for errors, inaccuracies or delays in providing the content provided by the site or for any action based on such content. Scanctd.ro disclaims any responsibility for the guarantee, express or implied, of the accuracy of the content provided by third parties or how the information serves specific purposes. Although scanctd.ro makes every effort to obtain reliable information from its external suppliers, it does not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by them.

d. Scanctd.ro reserves the right to change and update these terms at any time. The changes take effect from the moment they are published on the site.
